Observe Here A Lifestyle Portrait In The Wild...

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Seema on several occasions, including a lifestyle portrait session in an awesome Brooklyn location.

Since that session, she has been consistently creating informative and inspiring content by using these portraits to complement her thought leadership on brand building and business strategy.

Here's a recent example:

Although this is just one post, Seema uses this text-on-image formula on a consistent basis. This particular image really works because her eyes are directing people’s attention to the text.

Another cool aspect to this post is that she cropped the photo tighter than the original shot intended and focused only on a portion of her face.  To get a better sense of what I mean, here’s the original photo:

Although I already do a fair amount of resizing and cropping to the images I deliver to clients, once those images are in their hands, I encourage them to get creative and do some further work to enhance the image to compliment the sentiment behind the text.

Have you incorporated text directly onto your image content?

If so, awesome - please share the link below in the comment section so I can check it out!

If not, please share your thoughts below on what types of messages you would share as text on your images.
