Growing out of your portraits…

…that’s a real thing - here’s one client’s story about it…

Recently, I had a branded lifestyle portrait session with naturopathic doctor, Serena Goldstein.

Now, we’ve worked together in the past, and have a rapport because I also happen to be one of her patients. She contacted me, wanting to update her image content portfolio because when she looked at the photos we captured in the past, she didn’t recognize that person any longer and wanted to leverage portraits that truly encapsulates where she is now with her business and life.

After the session, we sat down and reviewed every photo.

As we went through that process, I found her reactions to some of the photos to be quite fascinating, since it was a completely different reaction from the last go-around.

Based on her enthusiastic reaction to this fresh batch of photos, I asked if I could record our conversation about them, and she agreed.
