One of my most favorite business-related activities is sorting through a pile of photos and geeking out over which ones to keep and which to toss.

It makes me feel very happy and cheery inside, for sure, :)

Inspired by a conversation with a colleague, I decided to pull back the curtain and give you a chance to see what that process looks like.
